The Symbolon Personality Profile® Training is a self-contained training and authorizes the use of the profile and its relation to the purchase price. Built on this, the alumni have the option to absolve the second training for the use of the Symbolon Personality Profile Intensive® and the Symbolon Team training.

Since the Symbolon Personality Profile® is unique on the assessment instrument market, new clients' access is eased and already existing clients can be newly motivated. The use of the profile increases enjoyment of work and gives a lot back to all participants in an integral way. The process between consultant and client takes place on a deep and touching level.

The training is extensive and demands a self-reflective and open attitude towards horizon-broadening approaches. The teaching concept is direct and designed for active participation. The participants develop an in-depth symbol language. Those responsible for the training convey the abundance of the rich practical experience gained from the Symbolon Personality Profile® and how is can be used. This can be seen in more ways than just at work. One's own life and work attitude is reflected and positively influenced. Accordingly the participants have the opportunity to gain "life training" which enables then to see things in a different light as well as gain a broadened access to the world of pictures and metaphors.

Application
After receiving their certification, trained consultants have the possibility to work with their customers on the Symbolon Personality Profile®. There are no base license fees. The profiles are obtained at Symbolon at the purchasing price and are subsequently sold to the customers at the retail price. The Online Profiles can be directly generated and printed. Customers using Intensive Profiles need to fill out written forms, which will then be evaluated by the respective consultants online. This way, flexible and direct handlings are achieved between consultant and customer.

Ensuring Quality
It is important that the exercise profiles are applied directly after training, that certification takes place within 3 months, and that the application is regularly implemented.

This way, the stable symbol entry of the consultant and the direct t ran sfer of the application into practice are ensured. Supervisory groups and the analyses of customer feedbacks are regularly employed in order to check and control quality. In doing so, it gua ran tees that each consultant is working at a high level of quality. Symbolon reserves the right to revoke licenses if there is a failure to fulfill obligatory quality criteria.
