My best teacher is my mirror image. It is especially important to know what image I present in consulting and interacting with others. This is very relevant if I want to be able to be responsive to other people and not be distracted by my own inconsistencies (mimicry, gestures, tics, etc.).


In the seminar Rhetoric and Moderation the participants have the opportunity to watch themselves (video recordings) and to improve their impact potential the way they want it to be. With the moderation technique the participants also gain a tool that helps them to accompany and steer processes in groups or with individuals even more professionally.

• Seizing content and summarizing it sensibly

The seminar is an ideal further training for everyone who sees the effect of their personality as a decisive factor of consulting.
