The Source Development System® or just SDS® is based on the basic principles of philosophy, mythology, psychology and archetypes. These archetypical basic principles represent basic blocks, which exist in the course of every process. For example, the global evolution, human development and economic growth are reflected in these cycles. The SDS® is a simple tool which imparts a larger understanding for deeper connections.
The Source Development System® consists of eleven steps that are built upon one another and represent the consciousness process in their sequence, which is necessary for progress and growth. With the SDS® you have the capability to gain knowledge of the existential basic element, and to reflect on yourself and your company. This is about realizing where the strengths and weaknesses lie and which potential possibilities exist.
The handbook describes what the basic principles
are and how one can work with them. The cards summarize the essential
facts. They can be used playfully and individually.
