Team development with the Symbolon Personality Profile® is very effective and comprehensive. All team members complete their own individual profile. After the analysis, all profiles are compiled to a team profile. The team strengths and weaknesses are clearly visible thanks to this overall picture. The core topics of the team are interactively followed up on in the team process, mutual solutions and goals are found.

In this, theoretical approaches as well as discussions and practical exercises come to play. The team discovers itself in a new way and changes its behavior within and without. The training is ideal to accelerate the team development process, to optimize cooperation, and, for whatever reasons, initiate a successful new start.

You can choose from two profile types:





The profiles differ from each other in their implementation, size, time expenditure and depth. The SSP® is completed online, and the SPP®-Intensive is completed in written form.
