Symbolon-Team-Profile

Team development with the Symbolon-Method^® is very effective and comprehensive. All team members fill in their individual Symbolon-Profile and Symbolon-Profile Intensive respectively. After the analysis all profiles are combined to a team profile.

Strengths and weaknesses of the individual and the team become apparent with the overall picture. The insights are related to the work situation and to the company. Within the team process the key topics of the team are worked on interactively, together solutions are created and goals are agreed upon. Deficits and potentials of the team constellation get conscious and changeable.
