A look back with double anniversary joy.
A Quarter Century of Symbolon Method®
The Symbolon Method®, which I initially developed together with Eveline Taylor, has been a powerful tool for self-reflection for 25 years. We combine art, psychology, and business at the highest level with the goal to enable sustainable personal and organizational development: Reflection creates clarity, inner confidence, and leadership quality.

Double Anniversary Celebration: 30 Years of ICF & 25 Years of the Symbolon Method®
2025 is a special year for me: The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and I am looking back on 25 years of the Symbolon Method®. A quarter century in which I have passionately integrated the power of imagery, professional reflection, and business context into a combined coaching practice. Since 2003, I have been an active member of the ICF and have achieved the highest international certification: Master Certified Coach (MCC).
I consistently bring this standard into the development, teachings, and application of the Symbolon Method®. ICF stands for the highest standards in coaching — with internationally recognized core competencies, a binding code of ethics, and a clear focus on quality, continuing education, and certification.

Reflection as a Key Leadership Competence
In a complex, digital, and fast-paced work environment, inner clarity is becoming increasingly important. For me, the ability to reflect has never been optional—it is a fundamental prerequisite for authentic leadership, sound decision-making, and sustainable development.
With the Symbolon Method®, we guide individuals using artistic impulses, archetypes, and symbolic language to make the invisible visible. In coaching sessions with the Symbolon Profile, the Symbolon Profile Intensive, and the Symbolon Team Profile, we create profound spaces for reflection. We analyze up to 17 personality dimensions directly related to professional reality in a differentiated, clear, and encouraging manner.
Self-Coaching with the AI Chatbot: Digital and Effective Reflection
With a new digital format—the AI-supported Symbolon Self-Coaching—this depth is now available as a structured, anonymous online tool. In about 55 minutes, inner imagery is activated, perspectives are broadened, and concrete solutions are developed efficiently, securely, and with solid grounding. This brings us closer to our vision of "quality of life in the workplace" through "coaching for all."
Books and Training: Deepening Symbolon Knowledge
My books “Success Through Self-Reflection” and “Animal Potential” offer practical insights into the theory and application of the method. They provide structured guidance for reflection and a sound introduction to art-based coaching. The Symbolon Academy provides the expertise for professional application, whether in Symbolon Profile Training (ICF-certified), Intensive Training, or Team Profile Training. With Symbolon Art4Reflection, I developed a format that transforms museums into coaching spaces—an inspiring invitation to self-encounter through the language of art.
Scientifically Evaluated – Effectiveness Confirmed
We are especially proud that parts of the Symbolon Method® have been comprehensively evaluated scientifically on two occasions: in 2004 by the University of Innsbruck and most recently in 2024 by the University of Hamburg. The results confirm its effectiveness and depth, particularly in terms of gaining insights.
Thank You for 25 Years of Trust!
Thank you, our clients, coaches, leaders, partners, and all interested parties, for 25 years of trust, courage for development, and willingness to engage in deep, and sometimes unconventional, reflection processes. The Symbolon Method® unfolds its full power where people reflect—with mindfulness, openness, and a readiness to truly see themselves and others.
Kind regards,
Christine
