Ready for the handover
In April 2021, on the 25th anniversary of Symbolon AG, I looked back with gratitude and recorded my summary thoughts in the blog post "When vision meets enthusiasm!".
Women remain in leadership
I am very pleased that I was able to hand over the reins of management to Dr. Friederike Redlbacher at the right time. With her, the company is gaining concentrated competence and thus ideal conditions to develop successfully into the future. After completing her master's degree in "International Business and Sustainability", Ms. Redlbacher spent four years researching co-creative collaboration at the University of Hamburg and completed her doctoral thesis on "The organizational practice of meeting: How agile meetings trigger idea generation". She is also a communications specialist and holds a PhD in business administration (more about her in her LinkedIn profile).
I myself am on the board of Symbolon AG and intensify my activities as a coach, trainer and educator. I also contribute to public relations and research and development of the Symbolon-Method®.
We are enthusiastically analyzing new opportunities and possibilities, agreeing new collaborations and taking strategic steps. We look forward to international exchange and collaboration on exciting projects!
